By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. 👤 Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter contracts to use this Platform.
  • By utilizing this site as a candidate, you can may search jobs and apply to some without logging in. Some candidate functions require using login with a registered candidate email address.
  • By registering as a Job Poster, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization.

2. 📌 Job Posting Rights

  • Registered Job Posters may post job listings that are accurate, lawful, and relevant to employment opportunities.
  • You retain ownership of the content you post but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your listings on the Platform.
  • We reserve the right to remove or edit any job posting that violates these Terms or our content guidelines.

3. 📄 Application Access

  • Job Posters may view applications submitted in response to their job listings.
  • Applicant data must be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and used solely for recruitment purposes.
  • You agree not to share, sell, or misuse applicant information.

4. 🚫 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post misleading, fraudulent, or discriminatory job listings.
  • Use the Platform to promote services unrelated to employment of federal contract opportunities.
  • Attempt to access data or systems without authorization.

5. 🔐 Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. 📉 Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms.
  • You may deactivate your account at any time by contacting support apply@fedcontractjobs.com

7. 📜 Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of job listings or applicant submissions.
  • The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. 🛠 Billing, Cancellation and Refunds

Billing takes place prior to the approval of any job post submission. Billing is performed online through our e-commerce function on the platform. Billing is set to automatically renew on a monthly basis at market pricing unless renewed prior to the scheduled renewal date on other terms, or if through cancellation.

Cancelled plans will no longer be charged at the next scheduled renewal period. Access to the platform is maintained throughout any active billing period and products that are scheduled to end post cancellation date will be honored.

No refunds. Service will be honored for full paid products and plans. For example, if a plan is cancelled half way through the month, the employer will not receive a refund and will be able to post jobs or engage in other paid for services throughout the duration of fully paid periods of service.  

10. 🛠 Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. 📍 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. 📍 Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal and business information. When you use our online job search board, we collect necessary data such as your name, contact details, and job application information to provide our services and improve your experience. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or to facilitate job applications with potential employers.

Your data is stored securely, and we implement reasonable safeguards to protect it from unauthorized access. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy. You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
